University Cracks Down on Corruption with New Transparency Policy

In a bold move to promote transparency and ethical governance, the University of Manila has implemented Inter–Office Memorandum No. 20, Series of 2024, issued by the Office of the Vice President for Administration. Effective March 20, 2024, the policy mandates that all university employees submit their Statement of Assets, Liabilities, and Net Worth (SALN) in compliance with Republic Act No. 6713, the “Code of Conduct and Ethical Standards for Public Officials and Employees.”
