The Associate in Barangay Governance (ABG) Program is committed to developing ethical and competent barangay leaders by equipping them with essential knowledge, skills, and values through quality education and practical learning experiences. It fosters integrity, accountability, and effective governance to empower leaders in creating sustainable and inclusive communities.

ADMISSION POLICY
- General Requirements
Submit the following:
1.1 Accomplished ABG Registration and Personal Data Forms
1.2 Certified true copy of the Certificate of Appointment
1.3 One (1) Passport Size Picture
1.4 Recommendation letter from Manila Barangay Bureau to attest to the applicant’s character and potential for success in the program.
1.5A written personal statement expressing the applicant’s motivation, goals, and commitment to pursuing a degree in Barangay Governance.
2. Academic Requirements
2.1 High School Diploma or its equivalent, demonstrating a foundation level of education.
2.2 Participation in ABG interview to assess the applicant’s aptitude, motivation, understanding of the program, and alignment with the program’s objectives.
