BREAKING: Malacañang suspends government offices and classes in the National Capital Region on Wednesday, July 24, due to the forecasted continuous rainfall brought about by the
Southwest Monsoon and Typhoon #CarinaPH.
This is by recommendation of NDRRMC Executive Director Usec. Ariel Nepomuceno to Pres. Ferdinand Marcos Jr. “Agencies with functions involving the delivery of basic and health services, preparedness/response yo disasters and calamities, and or the performance of other vital services” shall be exempted from the suspension and continue their operations, the letter states. Private companies and offices’ work suspension is left to their respective head’s discretion.
