This guide is only applicable to those who took the College Admission Test in December 2025.
How to Request a Password Reset
Kindly send an email to the Information, Communication, and Technology Office (ICTO):
Email Address: ictohelpdesk@udm.edu.ph
Subject Line: Applicant Password Reset
Required Information: (include in your email)
A. Full Name (Last Name, First Name, Middle Name)
B. Clear photo or scanned copy of any of the following valid documents:
• Valid ID
• School ID
• UDM Examination Permit
C. Contact Number (as indicated in your Application Form)
D. Examination Reference Number (if available)
Processing Time:
– Please allow 1–2 working days for your request to be processed.
Security Reminder:
– For your protection, ICTO and any office in the university will never ask for your current password. You will be provided with a temporary password along with your username and instructions on how to set your own password via email.
– If you do not see our response in your inbox, check your SPAM or Junk folder. If it still cannot be found, please reply to the same email thread you used when sending your request.
Important Reminder:
– Account-related concerns will not be entertained through comments, messages, or any inquiries sent via the University’s official Facebook page. For security and proper handling, all requests must be coursed through the ICTO Helpdesk email only.
– Only account-related concerns will be accommodated by ICTO Helpdesk.
Data Privacy Notice:
– Only the information listed under “Required Information” will be collected for identity verification purposes.
