Moscow, Russia — September 20, 2024 — The Universidad de Manila (UDM) proudly announced a significant milestone in its global outreach efforts with an official visit to the Moscow Metropolitan Governance University (MMGU). The delegation was led by Dr. Ma. Felma Carlos-Tria, UDM President, along with notable officials: Dr. Ronald A. Herrera, Vice President for Academic Affairs; Mr. Jeffrey Litan, Vice President for Controllership; and Mr. Manfredo A. Marcellano, Vice President for Administration.
