The UDM Executive Committee led by the University President Dr. Ma. Felma Carlos-Tria and the Vice-Presidents welcomed the contingents from the Philippine Embassy in Russia led by H.E. Ambassador Igor Garlit Bailen and Vice-Consul Nonito Cabrera Jr. for a working meeting.

The meeting discussed key strategic initiatives that will further enhance cooperation between the two countries specifically in areas of education as we approach an important milestone of 50 years of diplomatic relations between the Philippines and the Russian Federation.
