UDM Employees Enhance Digital Proficiency through Practical Digital Skills Training

Universidad de Manila (UDM) employees strengthened their digital capabilities through the Practical Digital Skills Training held on October 22, 2025, at the Amb. Francis C. Chua Technology Wing. The event was organized by the Human Resource Learning and Development Office (HRLD) as part of the HR Upskilling Program, which aims to empower employees with essential tools for productivity in a technology-driven work environment.

The training focused on enhancing digital literacy, improving efficiency in administrative tasks, and fostering innovation through the use of digital platforms. By integrating practical applications and hands-on activities, participants gained confidence in utilizing software and online tools that support daily office operations and data management.

This initiative underscores UDM’s dedication to continuous professional development and digital transformation, aligning with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)—particularly SDG 4 (Quality Education) by promoting lifelong learning opportunities, SDG 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth) by strengthening workforce capabilities, and SDG 9 (Industry, Innovation, and Infrastructure) by fostering a culture of technological advancement within the university community.
