Quezon City, Philippines — A significant step towards fostering collaboration and addressing community challenges was taken on June 25, 2024, with the Ceremonial Partnership Agreement signing for the Multi-stakeholder Advisory Council (MSAC). The event, held at Ardenhills Suites, Sct. Albano, Timog, Quezon City, was organized by the Department of Interior and Local Government National Capital Region (DILG-NCR) and brought together key stakeholders in education and governance.
