UDM Launches Civil Service Examination Review Program to Prepare Future Public Servants
Manila, Philippines – May–June 2026 — In line with its commitment to academic excellence and professional development, the University of the City of Manila (UDM), through its Human Resources Learning and Development Office, successfully launched the Civil Service Examination (CSE) Review Program to assist aspiring civil servants in their preparation for the national eligibility examination.
The initiative formally commenced with the Civil Service Examination Review Program Orientation held on May 14, 2026, at the UDM Admin Hall, where participants were introduced to the program’s objectives, review framework, and examination strategies.
To assess participants’ readiness and identify areas for improvement, a Practice Examination was conducted on May 28, 2026, at Room 210. The activity provided examinees with a realistic testing experience while helping them become familiar with examination formats, time management techniques, and question analysis.
Building on the results of the practice examination, the program continued with its First Review Session on June 3, 2026, at the Accreditation Room. Facilitators guided participants through key topics commonly covered in the Civil Service Examination, including verbal ability, numerical reasoning, analytical skills, and general information.
The review program underscores UDM’s dedication to empowering students, employees, and stakeholders with the competencies necessary to pursue careers in public service. Through structured review sessions and skills enhancement activities, participants are better equipped to achieve civil service eligibility and contribute meaningfully to nation-building.
By investing in professional preparedness and lifelong learning, UDM continues to create opportunities that support career advancement, excellence, and public sector leadership.
