Manila, Philippines – April 20, 2026 — The University of the City of Manila (UDM), through its Human Resources Learning and Development Office, successfully conducted the Basic Candle Production Techniques and Cost Analysis Training on April 20, 2026, at the UDM Admin Hall.
The training provided participants with practical knowledge and hands-on learning opportunities in candle production, one of the most accessible and sustainable livelihood ventures. Participants were introduced to the fundamental processes of candle making, including material selection, production techniques, quality control, and product development.
