Based on the recent announcement of the Hon. City Mayor Francisco “Isko Moreno” Domagoso, the Office of the University Registrar and the Office of the Vice-President for Comptrollership provide the official schedule and guidelines for the distribution of Social Amelioration Program (SAP) for UDM students starting today, March 16 to March 19, 2026 (Thursday).
This payout specifically covers the allowance for the months of January, February, and March 2026 (Second Semester, S.Y. 2025-2026) amounting to P3,000.00.
Below are the details of the venue per date and the requirements.
Paymaster
March 16: Palma Hall
March 17: Palma Hall
March 18: UDM Court
March 19: UDM Court
Verifier
March 16-19: Lobby
Requirements: Please be advised that “𝑵𝒐 𝒓𝒆𝒒𝒖𝒊𝒓𝒆𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒔, 𝑵𝒐 𝑷𝒂𝒚-𝒐𝒖𝒕.”
1. UDM Student ID (original and photocopy with three (3) specimen signatures)
2. Printed student portal with final grades for First Semester, SY 2025-2026
3. Ballpen

𝗜𝗺𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗥𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿:
Claims via representatives are strictly not allowed, however if the student is medically incapacitated, only parent may claim on their behalf provided they bring the authorization letter, student ID and valid ID of the parent (original and photocopy).
Attire:
Please wear the prescribed uniform, only fourth year (4th yr) students are allowed to enter the university wearing their OJT uniform.
Distribution (Payout) Process Flow:
1. Verification: present the SAP requirements at the designated are for verification.
(to indicate the payroll number and booth number for pay-out)
2. Pay-out: the paymaster verifies your name in the payroll and releases cash.
