Formalized through a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) signed on August 9, 2024, this partnership seeks to empower barangay officials across Manila by enhancing their leadership capabilities and promoting sustainable community development. The initiative demonstrates a shared commitment to equipping local leaders with the necessary tools to drive positive change within their communities.
