This partnership agreement aims to strengthen academic collaboration, research initiatives, and institutional linkages among universities across the Asia-Pacific region. Representatives from universities and organizations in the Philippines, Vietnam, Indonesia, China, South Korea, Cambodia, Thailand, and Malaysia joined this momentous occasion.
