On June 17–18, 2025, Vice President for Administration Mr. Manfredo A. Marcellano and Chief of the Human Resource Management and Development Division Ms. Lorena S. Victorio attended the 2025 Regional Human Resource Management Practitioners’ Congress held at the World Trade Center, Pasay City.
Organized by the Civil Service Commission – National Capital Region, this year’s Congress was anchored on the theme “Agility in Action: Thriving through Disruptions.” It brought together HR leaders and practitioners from various government and LGU-supported institutions to explore forward-looking strategies for building resilient, values-driven, and future-ready public service.
The sessions tackled relevant topics such as artificial intelligence adaptation, bridging generational gaps in tech-driven workplaces, cultivating antifragility in the workforce, servant leadership, age diversity, and strategic HR integration.
The insights and key learnings from the event will guide the University’s HRMDD in enhancing performance management, employee engagement, leadership development, and capacity-building programs—reinforcing its commitment to transformative, human-centered public service.
