SAP Distribution on December 15–18, 2025 for the Period of July–September 2025
The Office of the University Registrar in coordination with the Office of the Vice-President for Comptrollership and Manila City Treasurer’s Office is pleased to announce the schedule for the release of the Social Amelioration Program (SAP) Educational assistance for currently enrolled students of First Semester, SY 2025-2026 (for the month of July-September), amounting to Php 3,000 which serves as a timely Christmas gift from the City Government of Manila under the direction of Hon. Mayor Francisco “Isko Moreno” Domagoso
Please strictly follow the schedule to ensure an orderly and safety distribution.
MUST submit the following documents for validation
1. UDM School ID (photocopy & original)
2. Proof of Registration w/ Final Grades, First Semester, SY 2025-2026
(Printed copy of student portal)
Important Reminders:
1. Strict Adherence to Schedule
– Students are advised to come only on their college schedules date.
2. Authorization:
Claims via representative WILL NOT BE ALLOWED unless the student is medically incapacitated, ONLY THE PARENTS can claim the SAP allowance.
