On August 19–20, 2025, the Universidad De Manila (UDM) conducted a Reorientation Training on the UDM Learning Management System (LMS) to enhance faculty and student proficiency in using the university’s digital learning platform. The training aimed to strengthen the integration of technology in teaching and learning, ensuring that all members of the academic community are well-equipped for modern, flexible education.
The event saw major participation from female students and faculty members, reflecting UDM’s continuing support for women’s empowerment in digital education. As part of this initiative, the University also reinforced its women’s mentoring schemes, where female mentors guide fellow students and colleagues in adapting to online learning tools, digital teaching strategies, and academic productivity systems.
These mentoring programs not only promote technical competency but also foster leadership, collaboration, and confidence among women in education—advancing UDM’s commitment to inclusivity, gender equality, and lifelong learning.
By combining digital literacy with mentorship, UDM continues to build a supportive learning environment that uplifts women and equips all learners for success in the digital age.
